Sao Paulo, Brazil was the final destination of David's 2012 summer tour, home to the Festival Internacional Carlos Gomes. Here David gave a recital with piano, a masterclass for 25 enthusiastic euphonium players, then a concert with wind orchestra, all on the same day! 

An entry from David's facebook provides a brief assesment of his day's activities!

"Recital with piano - good fun, lovely audience, encore: Myfanwy! (I like that one). Masterclass - should have been 2 hours, was 3 hours! (enjoyable though). Concert tonight, good fun Harlequin + encore: Carnival; 2nd encore - Brillante, Rule Britannia, Grandfather's Clock unaccompanied medley! Enjoyable day, but home tomorrow... can't wait!"
