| David will be making a television appearance performing in front of a live studio audience for a popular light entertainment television series shown on S4C. | ||
 'Noson Lawen' is a long running, highly popular light entertainment series which is shown on S4C (Channel 4 in Wales). The programmes are a mixture of music and comedy items in the Welsh language, recorded in front of an audience of around 300 people. Sixteen one - hour programmes are recorded in various locations throughout Wales. David Childs will be performing in one such programme to be recorded at Studio 1, Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff on Wednesday 20 April. David will be performing Parry's beautiful welsh melody 'Myfanwy' & Rimsky-Korsakov's 'Flight of the Bumble Bee' with the TV company's in house band, directed by Peter Williams. There will be several other artists participating in the evening: Gillian Elisa (comedienne + compere of the night), Aled Hall (Tenor) Cardiff Mixed Choir, Dewi Pws Morris + Heather Jones (both singers) and Dawnswyr Nantgarw (traditional Welsh dancers).
