“I've been a fan of music summer schools for a long time. In my opinion a keen brass player of any standard should always strive to improve his or her own musical ability. The unique environment of a summer school enables this and so much more! You can combine the fun of a holiday with the satisfaction of making music with others whilst learning from some of the finest tutors in the business.
This summer I had the privilege of tutoring together with an excellent music staff on two UK based summer schools: The International Brass Band Summer School held in Swansea South Wales and Bromsgrove’s Brass Band Summer School – the oldest organisation of its kind in the world.
