Last week, David enjoyed performing in two concerts with Manfred Obrecht and the Philharmonie Baden-Baden in Germany. This is the second time that David has performed with the orchestra, and this year David performed arrangements of Mozart and Hummel, in addition to other entertaining solos, to a capacity audience in the picturesque moonlit surroundings of Neuweier Castle.

Interestingly, this fantastic orchestra has an impressive heritage - Jean Baptiste Arban was a former principal trumpet, and former conductors include Franz Liszt, Hector Berlioz, Jacques Offenbach, Johann Strauss, Johannes Brahms, Richard Strauss, Pietro Mascagni, Béla Bartók, and Igor Stravinsky!
